Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your order was not handled as expected. I can see that your consultation was submitted ad your order dispatched within 1 working day, which is within our expected timescales. Once the parcel was with Royal Mail, it took 2 working days to be delivered, you had opted for a 1st class delivery which was not upheld unfortunately. I will refund the delivery charge for your order as a gesture of goodwill, please allow up to 7-10 days for the funds to be received. Should you require any further assistance, please advise. Kind regards.
