Poor throughout. Order took a long time to process. I cancelled it, and then it was still dispatched. Even after cancellation confirmed.

I did cancel by contacting you and you sent me a message confirming cancellation. The next day however you sent a follow up message saying youdispatched it after it had already been cancelled. I only cancelled in the first place due to you being a lot slower to process than your competitors.

Would have give five stars, but as they do not offer a repeat prescription service and there is a repeat charge for describing the same medicine, I cn only give four stars.
