Unfortunately, when the order was placed a previous order had taken the remaining stock and as soon as we were aware of the issue, we were in contact to explain and apologise. We aim to advise all customer as soon as possible if any items are out of stock and provided a lead time and dispatch date for the required items. We can only reiterate our apology for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.

The item was ok, it was a small coupler and to be honest the minimum delivery charge of £15 for a part that could have been posted for well under a fiver, is ridiculous. Safe to say unless I have a...
