Disappointed
The caravan was lovely however it wasn’t cleaned very well. Also there were a number of additional costs which we weren’t aware of.

Will go again
Smooth check-in, although approx 30 minute wait. Bar staff were friendly, but bar/restaurant was understaffed one daytime. Entertainment team were very good.

Good service
Staff were very friendly and helpful on the bar and at Reception. Communication was good particularly at the run up to our holiday and set a very welcoming tone.
