Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. This particular order we asked for feedback for, was successful, along with many others you've sent with ParcelsPlease. You've been working with us since November 2017 and I can see 1 recent issue among all the successful shipments you've sent with us. Our team are still working with the carrier to locate your missing parcel from July. Unfortunately this can happen from time to time in parcel networks, it's very unfortunate it was your parcel on this occasion. Our team will keep you updated as they have been doing for the past few weeks. It's unusual for items to turn up in the depot, so we'll keep our fingers crossed.
