Parcelhero Recenzije

Very efficient, communication is perfect, receiving information about all steps of my parcel . I strongly recommend it.

Very bad experience. Nobody came to collect my parcels even though I have paid for next day collection. It has been 4 days and nothing yet. Not to mention that there is no chat or phone to customer...

Nice and easy from start to finish. Delivery was made on time as well.

Very efficient service. Kept me up to date with the progress of my parcel and confirmed its delivery.

Competitive price. Delivered in selected time period. Took several days to leave Heathrow. Updates could have shown where parcel was between my home & address in NZ. Will certainly use Parcel Hero...

A4 letters sent abroad, all custom and duties where paid before courier even collected. However when delivering the letters they charged duties and fees on top again. Not professional at all.

Have used this service many times, easy to use website and never experienced any problems with it. Have recommended this site to many people.

Everything went well. Parcel collected on time and delivered quickly.
