Dear Piotr, I do apologise for the technical error - the reason for this is that we upgraded your course from a Quatorial to a Tutorial course, due to there not being enough students for your Quatorial course. This was the final course description on the system and so this is why you automatically received this email. I apologise for this error. If you are referring to this as a mistake, we provided you with a Tutorial course which is a considerable upgrade on the Quatorial, at no extra cost. We feel that because there were not enough students at your level it would have been unfair to put you in a group that wasn't benefiting you. We converted you to an upgraded Tutorial Course at no extra cost as we do with all students who for one reason or another cannot go into the Quatorial group. We feel this is a logical and correct solution. I am sorry you feel that this solution was deserving of 1 star. We hope that with some perspective you will see the benefits of having studied with us.
