It was refreshing to receive straight forward service, not to be passed around a phone system and not to be put on hold. Our transition from World pay was handled very well and we are enjoying significant savings.

Good but need to communicate changes better
Good service but they make too many changes without advising them first. They do not always seem to be beneficial either.

Thank you for your review. Being a client of ours since 2014, there have been a lot of changes Visa and MasterCard have implemented you have seen over the years. They might not always be beneficial and very last minute. Unfortunately, we are all dictated by Visa and MasterCard's rules and not left with much notice. I hope the reporting now gives you some insight.

My comments regarding changes will lack of notification related to the front end virtual terminal which is now provided by Cardstream. The account management and advice you have provided since 2014 is and also has been of the highest quality.
