Thank you for your feedback. As you saw from the photos, the damage for to the work surface was substantial and therefore remedial works had to take place. We do reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to our cottages.

Easy online, but unable to extend stay due to poor reception/Wi-Fi. Staff sorted it for us when they were open.
