Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for your confusion, but just to confirm that the picture you emailed us of the product was in fact from another jeweller website and not ours (very similar in name and product). We kindly explained this to you, and emailed you the link of the product that you had ordered from us. The item you received was exactly as shown on our website. We hope this clarifies this for you. With kind regards, Emma, Customer Services Manager

Hello, thank you for your feedback, the engraving will darken over time, the rings are custom made to order in our UK workshop and are very highly polished when dispatched. We do give all our dimensions/sizes on the product page so that our customers can make an informed decision before purchasing, the engraving is sized to fit the size of the rings, however as per your previous email, you did ordere from us, but it appears you have been looking at another website with a similar product and with a very similiar name to ours. With kind regards, Emma, Customer Services
