Very helpful staff
Did not want the bed delivered for a few weeks this was not a problem and even delivered on the day I requested the delivery men where very friendly

Avoid at all cost!!
Slept on the floor for over 5 weeks because it took this long for the correct bed legs to arrive.
Seems a lot of people have the same problem with the appalling service and...

Firstly please accept my sincere apologies. Our suppliers sent the incorrect legs and then were out of stock. Our suppliers had no date for the legs and were giving us the run around on dates which kept changing. We have put a process in with Serene our suppliers so that this does not happen again.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience that was caused and we do take your criticism on board. Again please do accept our apologies.

I only received part order and had to cancel 2 beds because you couldn’t meet my delivery date. I was given assurance that if I ordered by 5pm on a certain day then my delivery would be for the date...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you had to cancel two of the beds but these were in stock when you called but by the time the order was placed these were sold as stock was low and the assurance given was if the order was placed then and not 4 hours later as we are unable to know what orders will be placed throughout the day.

Please accept my apologies for this as we had issue's with our supplier not having stock. We did offer an alternative model but accept you wanted to wait till the correct parts were back in stock.
Brilliant product and service. Came on time and staff on the other end of the phone were fantastic. My daughter ordered her bed from this company and she recommended them to me. I will also recommend...
