Thank you for your overall positive feedback and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused in your case by the courier company and the subsequent one day delay with your having to wait in. Normally UTI Couriers are efficient and cooperative and we have been very happy with their level of service over the years. However, occasionally a driver may be overloaded and under pressure. Notwithstanding, I have passed your comments to their manager to try to urge them to continue to improve in their level of service and ultimately keeping in good communication with you, the customer.
