Hi Jehan,

We are sorry to hear you were very disappointed by your experience working with us this time round.

Whilst you ended up getting the job and the offer you wanted, we appreciate that the way the process ended was not as smooth as it could have been, and we would love the opportunity to speak with you further to discuss this all further.

This is the second time we have found you a job in the space of 10 months and we would hate for our relationship to end here.

If you are willing, could you give me a call when you get the chance?

Many thanks,

Laith Al-Hashimi
