We're sorry about this issue with delivery. The first delivery attempt was made by our couriers the following working day after the order was placed. As this was unsuccessful the courier should have left a card for the process of arranging a re-delivery. It was discovered subsequently that the driver had no cards to do so but we would not have been provided with this info, resulting in the delay in re-delivery.
