unfortunately the item I ordered arrived in a badly damaged condition. M&D sent out a replacement which was delivered within 48hrs of speaking with Andrew. I would be quite happy to recommend M&D.

Reasonable for the price.
Service was very polite. By mistake they only sent one pillowcase instead of two: this was explained by telephone and rectified, but the extra one did not arrive for a few days.

disappointing
Product was not as expected. The box stated in was from Culinary Concepts. I expected the product to be glass and brass, it was glass and a rusty 'silver' metal. Disappointing.
