Very easy to contact and when we had a problem they had a man on the spot within half an hour in a very isolated spot.
Their drivers turned up on time and it all made the procedure very easy

Excellent service, especially for first time hikers in the region
Excellent communication, excellent accommodations, easy to follow self-guided hikes, worry-free bag transfer. Only improvement would be more detail on the alternative hike routes.

Really great application, clear maps, route options, detailed route notes, overview with places enroute to eat, weather and elevation depicted so you can see how much more CLIMBING/descending to go….

Good. Check details carefully though
Did the job, mostly. App getting better but still lot of room for improvement. Just gave up trying to find accommodation and transpirt for us during one 3-day part. We did that ourselves.
