We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly given the investment your group made for what was intended to be an elevated experience. We’re sorry to hear that the group booking process was not as smooth as it should have been. We acknowledge your concerns about assigning one group member as the primary contact and the extra charge for sending materials to multiple addresses. As outlined in Section 1D of our Terms and Conditions, when booking as a group, the person making the reservation is considered the agent for the group. We have the lead booker communicate with us on behalf of all participants to ensure an efficient and environmentally friendly process in regard to the information. However, your feedback about how this process impacted your experience is invaluable, and we’ll review these procedures to see how we can better serve group bookings in the future. We also understand your frustration with the handling of your dinner inclusion. This is not the type of issue we want our customers to face, and we apologize for the miscommunication. Your experience highlights areas where we need to improve, especially in ensuring that all contract details are honored and communicated clearly from the outset. We apologize for the delay in confirming your trip. Accommodations occasionally take longer to confirm, especially when handling individual requests. After reviewing your booking, it appears that the additional traveler was added later than the initial booking. This contributed to the delay, as we needed to ensure that your entire group could be accommodated together. With regards to group bookings, we do not typically offer discounts for groups of your size, which was four people. As for the GPS maps, we appreciate your patience with the occasional discrepancies and will make sure the necessary updates are made to avoid similar issues for future travelers. We recognize your point about the overall value for money, especially in comparison to what is offered through free navigation apps. While we aim to offer a well-rounded service that includes accommodation, luggage transfers, and 24/7 support, we understand that the perceived value may not have been in line with the premium charged. Your feedback gives us an important opportunity to reassess our pricing and service structure to ensure we’re providing clear value for our customers. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.
