The orders are taken efficiently, the internet ordering is as good as the telephone ordering. Can't always find what i want on a search, it's better to have the code!! also would like actual sizes of light bulbs as the small ones aren't as small as the picture intimates, (thinking of low energy here). sometimes the fitting is not clear:- bayonet/screw/Gu5 (whether 2 prongs or prongs with knobs on- a new style can look appealing until you eventually find it is the wrong fitting).
Always well packed delivery. not the cheapest though, despite specializing in lights, I can usually find the same cheaper locally from an electrical shop, its just that when busy i just go to work and back, no time for 'shopping'.
