Thank you very much for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate hearing about your experience. We are pleased to know that you found the itinerary to be comprehensive and well planned. However, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of the cruising experience and dining arrangements did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the balance of day and night cruising, as well as the limitations on beverages and the variability in meal quality. It is disappointing to hear that the welcome dinner did not create the positive first impression we always aim to deliver. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our operations and product teams for review. Feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us identify where we can make meaningful improvements to ensure every part of the journey reflects the high standards of luxury and care that we promise. Thank you once again for your candid feedback and for choosing to explore with Luxury Gold. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey in the future and to provide a more seamless and consistently exceptional experience.
