Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to provide such detailed and thoughtful feedback on your recent journey through Vietnam and Cambodia. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of the trip and truly appreciate your balanced reflections. We are pleased that the Travel Concierge in Vietnam, made such a positive impression with his knowledge and professionalism, and that you enjoyed the hotels, particularly the Sofitel in Cambodia. It is also wonderful to hear that the Mekong Delta, the river trip through the jungle, the tunnels, and Ha Long Bay were highlights of your experience. We are glad that the itinerary adjustments due to the typhoon helped ensure a smooth and safe journey. We are, however, sorry to learn that the pace of the tour felt too hectic and that there was limited opportunity for rest and free time. We appreciate your feedback regarding the number of temples visited, the extended stay in Hanoi, and the experiences such as the circus in Siem Reap and the banquets in Ninh Binh. Your comments regarding the balance between sightseeing, cultural experiences, and practical needs are extremely helpful, and we will share them with our local team as we continue to refine future itineraries. Thank you once again for choosing to travel with us. We hope that despite these challenges, the memorable moments, cultural insights, and exceptional experiences you had will remain with you, and that we may welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to provide detailed feedback on your recent journey through India. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed several of the hotels, the comfortable coach, and the safari tour in Jodhpur, as well as the chance to explore some local restaurants. We are, however, sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the welcome hotel in Jodhpur, Fort Rajwada, and the high tea in Jaipur are noted, as are your observations about the pace of the itinerary, road conditions, air pollution, and shopping stops. We appreciate your honest reflections on these matters and will share them with our local team to help inform future planning and ensure a better balance between sightseeing, comfort, and rest. We also apologise for any disruption caused during the trip and will review feedback regarding guide conduct to ensure a more focused and professional experience for our guests. Thank you once again for sharing your insights. We value your comments and hope that, despite some challenges, you were able to enjoy the unique sights and experiences that India has to offer.
