We are delighted to hear your praise for the Travel Concierge and Coach Driver. It is wonderful to know that their knowledge, professionalism and care made a positive difference to your experience, and we will be sure to pass on your kind words to them. We do, however, regret that aspects of the itinerary did not fully meet your expectations. Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the best of South America, with first-class hotels, delicious meals, excellent locations, and top-notch transportation. We’re especially pleased that the Travel director went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic experience. Your kind words mean a great deal to us, and we look forward to welcoming you on another adventure soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that your Travel Concierge made such a positive impression, providing exceptional service and enthusiasm throughout your journey. Your five-star rating for the Travel Concierge is truly appreciated. We are, however, sorry to learn of the challenges you faced as vegetarians, particularly at breakfast. Your suggestions for more substantial cooked vegetarian options are very helpful, and we will pass them along to our hotel partners, especially those in the Lux Gold category. We recognise that offering only salads does not meet the expectations of our vegetarian guests, and we appreciate you highlighting this area for improvement. We also acknowledge your concerns about the group size and the balance of the itinerary. We regret that adding extra guests affected the group dynamic and that the focus on cultural experiences may have limited your opportunity to visit other sites of interest. Your comments will be shared with our planning team to help us enhance future tours. Thank you again for your valuable insights. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back and provide an even better experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your recent Insight trip did not meet your expectations, especially given your previous experiences with us. We regret that the included meals were disappointing and that the service was inconsistent. Your comments about the long wait, rushed lunch, and the wine selection have been noted and will be addressed with our Operations Department. We also apologise for the confusion regarding meeting times and for any inconvenience caused by the guide’s focus on the other group. We are pleased, however, that you found the airport transfer service and the hotels to be of a high standard, despite the disruption from renovations at the final hotel. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope you will consider travelling with us again in future so we can provide you with the experience you expect and deserve.

Thank you for sharing your review. We're delighted to hear that your first trip to Japan was such a memorable experience and that you found the country beautiful, fascinating, and rich in architecture. It's wonderful to know the itinerary delivered so many great places and experiences, and that travelling in a small group made it even more enjoyable. Your kind words about the Travel Consierge mean a lot. Her knowledge, helpfulness, and warm personality truly embody the service we strive to provide. We'll make sure your praise is passed on. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us. We'd love to welcome you back when you're ready to explore more of Japan or another incredible destination.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're delighted to hear that the Travel Director provided excellent service and that his attentiveness and knowledge helped make your trip enjoyable. We'll ensure your kind words are passed on to him. We appreciate your comments regarding the voltage and plug configuration in Peru. You're absolutely right that the similarity to American-style connectors can be confusing, and using 220-volt outlets with certain appliances may cause damage. We'll review how we communicate this information in our pre-departure materials and on-tour briefings to ensure guests are fully aware and can plan accordingly. Thank you again for travelling with us and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable journey.

Thank you for sharing such an exceptional review of Elegance of the Nile. We're delighted that your journey felt flawless from the very first welcome at Cairo Airport, and we're genuinely grateful for your kind words about Abdul, Ramy and Mustafa. Your praise for our River Tosca crew, as well as the teams at Marriott Mena House and Four Seasons Cairo, means a great deal and will be passed on. We're especially pleased to hear how your Travel Concierge and expert Egyptologist made every site come alive while caring so thoughtfully for your husband's comfort. That combination of deep knowledge and genuine consideration is precisely what we strive to deliver on every Luxury Gold journey. It's wonderful to know the pacing felt perfect and the itinerary resonated from iconic, bucket‑list landmarks and the Grand Egyptian Museum, to cultural demonstrations and notable inclusions like the Temple of Hathor at Dendera. We're proud that the historical progression starting in Cairo enhanced the experience, and that meals and accommodations consistently met five‑star expectations. Thank you for choosing Luxury Gold and for recommending this tour so warmly. We look forward to welcoming you back for another extraordinary journey.
