It is great to learn that you enjoyed taking in new cultures with Insight Vacations and we feel honoured to have been able to share with you our knowledge and history of these two impressive destinations. Furthermore, we fully understand how frustrating flight delays and variations can be; however, we always seek to make our guests journeys as comfortable and convenient as possible. That said; we do hope that when you reflect on your Luxury Gold Vacation to India and Nepal, the first thing that comes to mind is lots of unforgettable experiences.

We are truly disappointed that your experience on the Classical India with Nepal was not as you had anticipated and that some of the destinations visited weren't to your preferences. At Insight Vacations, we want our guests' journeys to be authentic, captivating and rewarding; therefore, we are sorry that you felt the itinerary it wasn't to Luxury Gold's high standards. Furthermore, we regret that you were unable to attend the Aarti Ceremony in Varanasi and to learn of your discomfort. Therefore, please allow us to apologise for any inconvenience that you encountered and we have passed on your concerns to our Operations and Quality Control Teams for their review. Nevertheless, we are pleased that the hotels and service throughout your trip meet your expectations, and we sincerely hope that you have still taken away some lasting memories of your holiday. 

The selling methods in different regions can be a complete contrast to our own and we appreciate that some may feel overwhelmed in the moment. However, it is never our wish for our guests to be uncomfortable or feel pressured into buying anything in which they have no interest. Although with that said, we are incredibly pleased to read about the efforts of our Team to ensure a seamless adventure for you in Egypt and we truly hope that you will join us again for another top quality travelling experience. 

Getting from exciting destination to destination across this large region can require some extended periods of travel; however, we endeavour to tailor our itineraries in a way that allows our guests to explore each country in depth. Even so, we certainly regret to learn that the organisation of the trip wasn't completely to your satisfaction; therefore, your comments have been forwarded to our Product Development Team for their consideration. Furthermore, your concerns about the cuisine served during your vacation are now with our Quality Control Team to be addressed. We are disappointed that you didn't enjoy this experience as much as you had others with ourselves, yet, we are pleased that the accommodations all meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we thank you very much for your honest feedback and hope to have the chance to restore your full trust in our experiences in the future. 

The Inspiring Indochina itinerary is a wonderful way to spend a snapshot of time in this incredible region and we are delighted to read such fantastic feedback, and whilst doing so learn that you had an amazing experience discovering all three fascinating countries with Luxury Gold. Also, we always endeavour to connect our guests to the places that they visit in a meaningful way; therefore, we are thrilled that our Local Experts were able to assist you to gain a deeper insight into each destination. We are sorry that you were unable to interact with the other members of the group on the first night as you would have liked; the opportunity to socialise with your Travel Director and guests is normally a possibility and so we will certainly review this to see what could have happened. As well, along the way, our coaches will pause for comfort stops for our guests' well-being, however, should our guest have any concerns the Travel Director will be more than happy to assist. What's more, we understand just how frustrating flight delays can be and we are sorry to learn of any discomfort that they caused you.
