Luxury Gold Recenzije

We understand that where you stay on your trip is really important. That is why; whether centrally located next to cultural attractions or in scenic areas with spectacular views, we endeavour to make certain that each hotel brings something special to our itineraries. Nevertheless, we regret to learn that you were disappointed with the location of your hotel in the Tuscan countryside and we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control Department in order to review the choice of accommodation that you have mentioned, and to investigate any suitable alternatives that could be used in the future. Furthermore, we recognise that more time spent in Florence, as well as less spent in Verona, would have been better tailored to your preferences and our Product Development Team will happily reflect upon your comments to see which necessary improvements could be made going forward. That said, we certainly hope that you have still been able to take many enjoyable experiences away from your time in Italy and we hope to have the chance to restore your full faith in our guided vacations in the future.

The role of our Travelling Concierges is to help ensure that our guests have an effortless adventure, which is why we are delighted to learn that you were impressed with the organisation of your trip. Furthermore, we hope that you had an entertaining experience throughout your entire journey and have left your time in Peru with fantastic memories.

We are delighted that the Southern Glamour itinerary provided you with the experience that you had hoped for and we are equally as pleased that you were impressed with the service throughout your journey. Furthermore, we hope that you will join us to explore more destinations in comfort and class.

At Luxury Gold, we endeavour to tailor our itineraries with a balance of the most exceptional experiences; therefore, we truly regret to learn that your time on the Southern Glamour fell short of your expectations. Nonetheless, as there is nothing better than our guests' feedback when considering ways to improve our product, your comments will be used effectively to help us make any necessary improvements. Furthermore, we certainly regret to learn of any confusion that may have occurred on your arrival; however, we are pleased to learn that your Travelling Concierge was able to assist you. That said, we hope that you have still taken many fond memories away from your time in the southern states and we hope to have a chance to welcome you back to explore with us in the future.
