Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your item arrived with damages. Luxo Living provide Free Transit Insurance to all of our customers if in the unfortunate event your item is damaged during transit. I have looked into your claim and can see that you contacted us on 18/7/2020 and we sent you your claim details via email on the same day 18/7/2020. On the 21/7/2020 we advised you by email that a replacement BOX 1 was dispatched to you. As per the tracking, we can see that it has now been scanned into the Melbourne depot this morning (coming from Sydney). You should be receiving the delivery shortly, however we have lodged a query with Hunter Express on your behalf to see if they can provide an ETA. We are sorry that your item was damaged, however we have provided a speedy resolution for you under our Transit Insurance Policies.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see that you are having troubles with the doors of your TV Cabinet. I can see that you have not yet opened a warranty claim so we will have a Support member contact you as soon as possible with some troubleshooting 1st to see if we are able to resolve the matter that way. Otherwise we will look into alternative resolutions for you.
