Terrible Actually, perhaps even worse than Terrible. I mean maybe the Chinese imports were a bit slow but then they wanted charge me a cancellation fee after 4 months of waiting for a bed!
Service was good. Not impressed that the item I paid $389 for in January, which finally arrived less than 2 weeks ago is now on clearance. Very disappointing

great communication and unit arrived within a few days.
Easy to order online and offer delivery. However once dispatched, TOLL call and say they aren’t delivering and you have to go and pick it up. Poor form for offering delivery I feel.
