We do pride ourselves on being a friendly family business. Hi Sharon, Thank you for your lovely review. I am pleased that you found our service made a difference to your holiday. We managed to get your bag moved every day despite inflexible accommodation providers who would not allow our drivers to drop off and collect as they were passing through. Unfortunately this sometimes does happen and we have to take the initiative and get a taxi to do the delivery / pick up as they can be there at whatever time the accommodation states. We pride ourselves on our carbon footprint by linking transfers together right along the coast , hence why our drivers only pass through any given town once in a day. It is not always cost effective for them to return at a time suitable to just one provider. To be honest, 99% of them are brilliant and they leave us keys, key codes, etc because they get to know the same drivers and we have an amazing working relationship with them. Hi Rosie, Thank you for your kind review. I am really pleased that your holiday went well and that you had an amazing time. We do try to reply to e mails instantly as a matter of courtesy. We feel if our customers take the time to contact us then we have a duty to reply as quickly as we can. We usually reply to every e mail within the same day until we go home at 7pm!
