Lovesilver Recenzije

Hi, thank you very much for the 5* review :)

Hi, thank you for our postivie review and 5* - greatly appreciatd :)

Thank you for reaching out and for providing your feedback regarding your recent order. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Upon reviewing your order details, we noted that the shipping option selected was Royal Mail 1st Class postage. Please be aware that while this is a generally reliable service, it unfortunately does not include a guaranteed delivery date or tracking capabilities. For any future orders where a specific delivery date or the ability to track your parcel is crucial, we would always recommend upgrading your postage option during checkout. This will allow you to select a service that provides these assurances. We value your business and hope this clarifies the shipping method chosen for your order.
