Hi James, We are sorry to hear of your circumstances and that we were unable to offer any refund on this occasion. Non Flexible bookings are offered by the car parking companies at a further discounted rate because they cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. Looking4Parking.com have to adhere to the car park's terms and conditions as if we were to refund/offer you a credit note we would still be charged by the car park. Due to your unfortunate circumstances you should be able to claim the costs back from the airline or through your travel insurance and if you need an insurance document to assist with your claim, please don't hesitate to contact us.
