I reported this already and was told the damaged units would be replaced. I am still waiting on the shipment confirmation I was promised I had 4 damaged units in my 12 pack.

Product arrived on time but had no packing material to ensure it was not broken. It arrived in great condition though and nothing was broken but I had to return it because it was the wrong model...
