Thought this was excellent the before elements such as booking etc and the service at Chertsey were all that could have been expected and contributed to a good week.

Lovely holiday but do your homework to maximise it.
All personnel were kind and responsive. Problems were resolved without fuss. The engineers kept us going by responding promptly.
