Hello, Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear that your experience with Just Fly Business was not what you expected. It appears there may have been some confusion concerning your booking. I suspect that the booking reference you gave Finnair was our booking reference and not the airline reference that is shown on your e-ticket. In regards to Just Fly Business not putting all the details into the booking, the booking was a fully valid ticket i.e. everything required was entered. If they were referring to APIS information such as passport details, this can only be done by the passenger as it requires you to answer security questions and deals with personal information. Just Fly Business pride ourselves on our customer service as seen by our clients recommendations in our other Feefo reviews and take all complaints very seriously. We will review the training of our staff and provide re-training where necessary as we want all our clients to have a pleasant experience booking their next trip.
