Resonablly good - no hot plates available at self service. Food at buffet not sufficiently hot.

Thank you very much for your feedback, we are glad that once you were in Jersey you enjoyed your time away. I have looked into your booking regarding the Condor crossing. I can see you made the booking online via our website and only booked at foot passengers. No car was ever selected or the details entered (to confirm booking you need to select the size of vehicle and enter car registration number etc). I apologise if the person you spoke with didn't seem to be helpful, I will pass your comments to our customer service team - we hope that you choose to visit the Channel Islands on a future trip away!
Easy to book a holiday and the follow up was tremendous. We also booked a hire car and the arrangements were clear and concise.
