Hi, Thank you for leaving us a review! We have looked into your review further to try to understand what has happened. It seems that your order was delivered via our own JDP vehicles rather than a third party carrier service, also we looked into the drivers paperwork and they also had your delivery address. So we are a little confused! Sometimes our drivers do call our customers in case they are struggling to find the address or a little lost. They try and get some help so we can ensure we deliver all customers orders as swiftly as possible!
