Very poor. It took more than 7 months to get our furniture to arrive while it was promised 3-4 months. There was no compensation offered for the distressing wait despite asking for it. I would not...

We have been as disappointed as you with the extended delivery times, the delays were due to the widely publicised worldwide shipping crisis which was beyond anyones control. JB like many other companies across the UK and beyond have suffered severe delays at Ports and with road haulage. Very patient, visited store a number of times, gave me web address to visit. Confusion over delivery, but this was due to change in delivery company.
