ItaliaRail.com Recenzije

Ciao Preeti! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand that navigating a new country's train system for the first time can feel overwhelming, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how fares and station rules work! To help our travelers avoid unexpected restrictions, our system defaults to our Viva Italia Fare, which includes a free ticket change or a full refund to cover accidental mistakes. When selecting a non-refundable Basic fare instead, the specific carrier terms and change limitations are clearly outlined during the booking process and at checkout before purchase. In fact, our checkout process includes a confirmation prompt asking if you are sure you want to downgrade from the Viva fare to Basic, which highlights the change and refund limitations before you proceed. Because we are directly integrated with the main Italian rail network software, our system operates under strict carrier parameters. Rail operators do not permit changing departure or arrival stations on an existing ticket, regardless of whether it was booked with us or directly at a station counter, as the software simply does not support route alterations. The same applies to specific promotional fares (like family discounts), which carry fixed rules set by the rail operator. We know that first-time travel comes with a learning curve, which is why our 24/7 support team is always available to help guide you through fare rules before you book! We appreciate your business and wish you a safe and wonderful trip through Italy. Buon Viaggio, Izzy M Italiarail.com Travel Experience Agent
