Incorrect information on my document which they didn’t rectified.
Not the best experience with this company at all! Regarding communication on there part! I’m unsure if I’d recommend. Waited around 45 minutes on hold. It took 3 phone calls to get eventually...

Made a small mistake on the policy application. Rang to amend. Phone answered promptly and were able to resolve quickly and efficiently. Impressed and would use again.
