Apologies about the light not available on delivery. They were out of stock for little while due to UK supplier cyber attack. We have already now received stock and your light was posted to you 2 days ago - should be with you within few business days.
We have delivered and installed the the wardrobe for you and only had light missing which was now posted - we would appreciate if you considered rerating us in the light of this

Even though they advised before purchase that likely will be 7-10 days - they managed to deliver and fit within 3 days! The wardrobe was build in no time and very well

Sincere apologies your delivery took longer than expected - we have now delivered and assembled your wardrobe and inside chest drawer. You have declined the first slot offered and we rebooked you for later and then it was completed on second attempt. We did not have the motion LED light in stock at time of delivery and have made a posting job now to post as soon as it arrives, this week.
Apologies once again on delay to you order. As this has now ben delivered and built we would be grateful if considered rerating if service was deemed better in the end

Hi thank you for your review, greatly appreciated. We will revert back to factory on sharpness. Regarding the colour - it is standard graphite colour, and used by few factories , but sorry if not as expected
