Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive impression, and that the warmth and tireless care shown throughout the journey ensured every stage ran smoothly. Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid and detailed review. We are very sorry to learn that the arrangements for your return flight left you with so little time at the airport, and that resolving the matter placed such a burden on you, both financially and in terms of the time it took away from your experience on Capri. We fully appreciate how stressful and disappointing this must have been, and we regret that the support you received while seeking alternative transport did not meet the standard you were entitled to expect. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the limited time in Rome and the additional charges for certain Optional Excursions, even though you found the Roman dinner and the catacombs tour so rewarding. Your feedback has been noted, and we will share it in full with the Operations Department so that the flight arrangements and the information provided about the itinerary may be reviewed carefully. We would also like to confirm that we received your email, and we hope that the matter was resolved to your complete satisfaction. Should any aspect remain outstanding, please do not hesitate to contact us again so that we may assist further.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid and detailed review. We are very sorry to learn that parts of your journey fell short of expectations, and that illness affected so many members of the group, including those who were travelling with medical expertise. We appreciate how distressing this must have been, and we regret that it detracted from your experience. Your comments regarding the lack of drinking water, the standard of two of the dining venues, the length of the drives and the quality of the accommodation and food in Morocco are taken seriously. We also acknowledge your observation about the level of attention to detail during the tour, and we recognise that managing a group affected by illness would have placed considerable demands on your Travel Director. We will share your feedback in full with the Operations Department so that these matters may be reviewed carefully. We are pleased, however, that you enjoyed much of Spain and Lisbon. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It is very encouraging to learn that you regarded the tour of Italy as a very good experience, and that the itinerary was well suited to your interests overall. We appreciate your candour regarding the shopping stops. It is understandable that visits of this kind may feel overly commercial, particularly when they are not accompanied by a demonstration, as you found to be the case at the glass workshop. We will share your comments with the Operations Department so that the balance and presentation of such visits may be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
