Insight Vacations Recenzije

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the Travel Directors and the history and culture of the journey so rewarding, and that the unique experiences made such a strong impression. It is especially encouraging to know that the traditional experiences and family visits were among the highlights. We also recognise that the schedule is a busy one, and we appreciate your candour on this point. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to learn that your experience in Scotland left you feeling so disappointed and angry. We recognise that the itinerary felt overly full, with too little time to reflect on what you had seen or to explore the Isle of Skye at your own pace. We are particularly concerned to hear that illness spread among the group and that some guests required hospital treatment. This must have been distressing, especially on a journey that you had hoped to enjoy, and we regret that your holiday was affected in this way. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that both the pacing of the itinerary and the matter of illness during the tour can be reviewed carefully. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found that your Travel Director and Coach Driver worked so well together and with a group of thirty-eight, and that their knowledge and entertaining manner left you with a good understanding of Portugal. It is also encouraging to know that the itinerary gave you such a worthwhile introduction to the country's cities that you intend to return. We also note your comment regarding a fellow guest whose conduct made matters more difficult for the group, and we appreciate your recognition of the patience and professionalism with which your Travel Director handled the situation. We regret that this affected the experience of others on the tour. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We note your suggestion that the hotel in North Conway provide a raised toilet seat for guests with bad knees, and we recognise that low toilets can be a real difficulty for those with limited mobility. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the matter can be raised with the property concerned. We also note your request for a response regarding your New Zealand trip and the standards you expected of Luxury Gold. So that this can be followed up properly, we would be grateful if you would send an email, together with copies of your earlier correspondence, to globalguestrelations@ttc.com; we will be able to assist you directly. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your candour regarding the amount of walking involved, and we recognise that frequent uphill routes can be demanding, particularly over the course of a full itinerary. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the physical demands of the programme can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your travel documents arrived on time, that the Travel Director made contact ahead of departure, and that everything proceeded as scheduled without any need to contact our customer service team. We note your observation that, while the itinerary offered the opportunity to see a great deal across three cities in ten days, some of the stops felt rather rushed. We appreciate your understanding of the constraints involved, and your suggestion that a longer trip, or one focused on only one or two cities, would better suit your preferences in future. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.
