Service in organizing our vacation was excellent. Very timely responses, good material provided, hotel and car bookings were accurate. Hotels selected were clean, staff was friendly and helpful

The overall holiday was good but the "upgraded" room at the first inn and the room at the last farm were well below expectations. As usual the maps and walking notes were first rate.
