Poor website excellent telephone sales
Website is very poor. Unable to book the holiday as certain essentials like ski carriage was not bookable.Telephone sales was very good and efficient.

Dear Eva I received an e-mail from you dated Monday 14th July 2025 at 17:34. This contains the text of feedback I wrote, about my service from Maciej Bujak, on 20/06/2025. Your reply thread, dated 14/07/2025 at 16:34, refers to “honest feedback” about “trouble with the website”. I have not had any recent trouble with the Inghams website that I have had to discuss with Maciej. I think you may have sent me this e-mail in error. Yours sincerely Brian Dullea

Poor Website
I thought the website was poor. I was unable to use it to prebook ski carriage so had to phone to book our holiday. The advisor was very helpful and we were quickly able to book.
