Hi Francesca I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Our shoes are recommended by a podiatrist and the shape is perfect for growing feet.. It allows natural growth and movement and we've sold this design for over 20 years. I think the problem may be that the shoe is too big as your daughter shouldn't be tripping . This was a great service, quick delivery and nice quality product, my grand daughter wouldn’t keep anything on her feet but since receiving her pair of dinosaur shoes, she refuses to take them off.
