Hi Sarah, we're sorry to hear you are unhappy with the shoes. Had you contacted us to say they were too tight for your baby you could have returned the shoes to us and we would have put a longer elastic in. We have sent you an email with information as how to arrange this.

Amazing design and colour. The only issue is that they are incredibly difficult to put on. Maybe they should be re-designed having in mind how much babies are moving about when you're trying to dress...
Bought for niece starting creche, my sister adored them. Have purchased for my own baby and for friends, simply a beautiful gift to get. Will continue to purchase.
My 18 month old has been cruising for a while but not walking independently yet so these could not be more perfect! They're comfy, flexible, grippy and most importantly, THEY STAY ON!!!

The service and speed of delivery etc was great. However the shoes are squashed in the box. The band at the back where I had them personalised is crushed.
