I ordered a mirror from Hollywood mirrors on the 10/01/23 and have yet to receive it 23/01/23. This is due to them using Evri as it's courier, a company that is being investigated due to its failure...

Thank you very much for your order I do apologise it has not arrived yet. Evri has struggled with deliveries lately with lots of backlogs due to the royal mail strikes they have had an increased volume of business customers using them. I have tracked your parcel it is out for delivery today between 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock. Please let me know if you don't receive it by then and we will organise a replacement by DPD so that you will definitely get it before your daughter's birthday.
