Mr Farid when you booked online you agreed to our terms and conditions which clearly explain that a price is a request for purchase at the amount shown but does require checking with the supplier for live availability and cost. Where you are unfortunate not to be a customer who can have the arrangements at the price offered, you are given the next price or an option to cancel. We see that you accepted the revised price. Once you have booked we cannot reduce the price to match. The offer showing subsequently may be from an entirely different supplier promoting their business.

Ian you can of course cancel your holiday but you agreed to the terms and conditions when you booked online on our website and we have paid for some of the arrangements which are not refundable. The costs are therefore to be covered by you as agreed when you accepted the booking terms. We are sorry that you are in such circumstances but since we recommend holiday insurance is taken out at the time of booking, perhaps it will offer cover for your losses. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel for free and regret that you see this is uncaring service. We offer payment plans to assist if required.
