When I hit a few problems printing out my boarding pass etc I rang Custermer services n the lady who answered was very helpful. Also responses to my email questions were answered pretty promptly.

Jet 2 good hotel good, Ryan air not so good
The only disappointment was trying to retrieve my Ryan air return ticket, it would have been beneficial to know I needed to use your email address and not mine.

If you have also addressed this matter post travel, to a different team, they will respond in the timescales advised within the auto reply you get from them and we request that you allow them opportunity to look into matters in order to do so.
