Rubbish. No communication staff have no knowledge or experience E mailed them so many times a week ago no one replues or calls back. Its a joke. Staff very rude. Conning you out of money

We do apologise if the service has not met your expectations. The booking shows no communication and we have therefore requested an investigation by our after-sales team. It is most unusual for there to be no response, eve an auto acknowledgement and we must therefore ask if the correct email address is being used.

The service from Finn was great. The only downside was the extra costs imposed by the airlines which almost doubled the cost of the flights.
