Hippo.co.za Recenzije

Hi there, sorry to hear about the calls. This is certainly not the experience we want for anyone. We can assure you we've only shared your details with 1st for Women Life, as you selected to get a quote with them. That said, we've escalated your complaint to our team to investigate and have asked they opt you out where necessary.

That's what we like to hear! Plenty of options and the freedom to choose what works best for you. 😊

Hi there, we're super sorry to hear this. We understand how troubling unwanted calls can be and the frustration this has caused. We've asked our partner to update your communication preferences and to opt you out of further contact as a matter of priority.

We're sorry the final premium wasn't what you expected. Quotes may be adjusted once the insurer has all the necessary information to provide an accurate premium. If you'd like, we can arrange for one of our service champs to help you compare other options that could be a better fit for your budget.

We're sorry for any frustration caused. It looks like Dialdirect attempted to contact you after you selected to receive a quote from them, as they may have needed to provide further assistance and information. If you'd prefer not to hear from them at this stage, please let us know, and we'll ask them to stop contacting you.

Looks like we've become your go-to when things get a little tricky! Thanks for your continued support and for sharing your experience with us, Junior. 🤗

Now that's how insurance shopping should work, Thandeka! 👌 Plenty of options, clear explanations, and a cover choice that suits your needs. Nice one, and thanks for letting us be part of the journey.

Sounds like we got it spot on for you, Gerhard. 😎

Music to our ears! 🤩
