Thank you for your feedback - firstly, please accept our apologies for the delivery delay on your recent order. We understand that the confusion has arisen due to the courier looking for a commercial premises rather than a flat. Once we were made aware of the issue we liaised with FedEx accordingly and delivery was promptly made.
