Hi Sarah, I think it’s a bit unfair that you have given us 1 star ratings on multiple platforms because of your lack of paying attention to detail. You placed an order at 6pm on a Friday with next day delivery postage selected. As stated on the checkout page and on your order confirmation email we do not ship orders outside of Monday to Friday and you placed the order after our post had been collected and we had all gone home for the weekend. Only being able to ship Monday to Friday is partly due to Royal Mail restrictions as we only have a postal collections then. On the checkout page of our website it does also clearly state that if a next day delivery is selected after 3pm on Friday it will not be posted until Monday to be delivered to you on a Tuesday. You emailed to enquire about your order at 10pm on Saturday, we were still on our days off (like most other people who only work Monday to Friday). We replied to your email first thing on Monday morning but according to your reviews and emails this was not good enough. In your review on the other platform and in your multiple emails you have suggested that you will not shop with us again and instead will shop with the bigger online retailers (who have a much higher turnover and a much bigger team of staff). I think if you expect an email response within minutes over a weekend that you are better off doing so. We are a small business with 2 members of staff. We do everything we can to ensure the highest level of customer service, but we are only human so cannot move mountains (as much as we would like to for our lovely customers)! Vic x

I am the customer and this is my genuine experience with your company.All I would of expected you to do was in the first place was to refund my next day delivery because as a customer you took my money for next day and I never received it, most companies have their payments set up if they can't deliver it next day the system wil be set not to take it that's how most companies operate that way you are not disappointing your customers.You have to understand that the very small print is not always read for your terms and conditions.On this occasion I saw you had the products I went to checkout I ticked the box next day end of, so that's what I expected as a customer.I am not asking you to move mountains I queried where my order was as I had paid for next day delivery surely as a customer I am allowed to query that.All I expected from you was to refund my postage not because of the money it was more from a customer service gesture espically if I was a small business trying to attract new customers and keep them but I can clearly see all you want to do is get the facts of the process of order talked about all this was so unnecessary if only you knew the right way to deal with your customers. I really don't want ro discuss this anymore as I said there are plenty of other sites I can buy from who too are small businesses but never had this experience.
